new to the board

I am new to the board. Have had migraines since childhood and clusters for the last 9 years. I need help.
I have been on 480 mgs of verapamil for the last year but went off lithium a month ago. Last week the clusters started again. Back on lithium, which makes me very sick, and I have actually been a day without an attack.
What I need is a doctor who knows about cluster headaches. Anyone know of one in the Wash. D.C. area?
Anyone else ever try intravenous DHE? Tried it once and it worked but only for a few months.
