I may feel like getting rid of the part of my head that hurts. I may be certain that my brains are going to spill out my eye socket, and wish they would just go ahead and do that. I may be certain, at that moment, that dying would be preferable.
But I will NEVER surrender, never give in, never give up. I've made it through too many obstacles to give in to the one in my head.
BTW: My screensaver says "It's all in your head..."
