I, too, had a son in the military that I lost contact with for some time. Turned out he was okay. I know it's hard, and don't by any means intend to sound harsh, but it's difficult sometimes to realise that they are adults, and don't see the need to stay in constant contact with Mom and Dad anymore. When they have their own children, they will come to understand. I'm sure your son is okay, and you will eventually find him. When you do, he will not understand why you were so worried. You are in my prayers (yes, I'm one of those "idiots" who still believe in prayer).
