Help, Meds suggestion.

What is your folks opinion of what would be the med that gives the most relief with least side effects?

I fly planes for a living (airline and military reserves) and therefor, sometimes I cannot nap or take heavy meds.

Getting CHs every few days, usually bearable, less than half are really bad, but fortunatley never during the day when I try to fly most.

I had them from 1982-87 and they completely disappeared until a few weeks ago.
