I'm on 720 mg. of Verapamil /day for 2 and a half months now ( before that on 480 for 5 months), & also take the Immitrex injections/nasal sprays for the bad ones.
No side effects from both, although for the high doses of verap., one has to have an ECG done at regular intervals.
The best time to take the Immitrex is as soon as you as you feel the ha starting.
