wouldn't it be better to donate to the Red Cross? It's worldwide and can be easily located-they even take donations via the internet. Also,if you can't give money-blood donations are welcome too. I'm not saying that this newspaper is trying to take advantage of others. My point is,the Red Cross is one of the most recognized organizations involved with this and really needs the help.
