I got hit numerous times last night and this morning, I had forgotten to take my dose of verap. I was over at my friends looking after her teenagers whilst she is out of town. I had a couple of Kip 1's that I got rid of with deep breathing and OTCM's. Then I had an all mighty nasty HA this morning and saved myself with a jab (thanks Slapper!!!!) I still feel "good" though.
next weekend I will try the shrooms again.
Sorry to give you a minute by minute update but I had a lot of people e mailing me wanting to know how it was going with the therapy.
Not giving up yet though.
