about some type of anti-inflammatory, especialy one of the newer NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflaamatory drugs). It's very likely a result of the CH's - inflammation, induration of the nerves, vesels and soft tissue. I'm not a doctor, but I suffer the same thing between CH's.
