Hi guys,

I agree that there is a limitation to my theory.

Not even I want to sit there all day with my particular remedy in mind.

As for the woman - it is not my wife, I was engaged and through the help of clusters - it all got a little too tense and ended abruptly. I am though very close to my ex-partner and we still see lots of each other, so no sympathy needed.

I have a had a few girlfriends throughout the time I have had my headaches and they have all been really nice about the headaches, but they all feel hampered that they cant help. If nothing else, it is a way into the pain / suffering for them. It helps them to be included.

When a girlfriend of mine is sick - I make her soup or fix her a Lemsip. Food or anything else is far from our minds when we are writhing around trying not to bang our heads on the wall and so this seemed a useful link to me. I had already discovered the relief benefit whilst I was lying on my back walking my legs in the air. This I tried, as I wanted to try blood displacement from my head to my feet/legs, which seemed to work but on a lesser scale as your mind is not take off the event.

Anyway - I don't know much else as I have only learned a few things in the last two years.

I do hope that someone finds usefulness in my ramblings - I apologize if my last post was presumptuous that you all would not know this - I just wanted to tell someone and I felt this might be the place. I thought it a little embarrassing to ask my (female) doctor if this was a usual symptom/cure.

Ga.J.
