Last year I went on 900mg of lithium a day. I am chronic and nothing else had helped. The Lithium gave me six months of remission. Then, after that time, the clusters returned and since lithium has had no real effect. But, then again, I'm chronic. If you are episodic, maybe the lithium will break your cycle.
