your nuero was at least partially correct in diagnosing you with "vascular headaches" since current medical opinion labels clusters & migraines as vascular headaches. there is a good case to reclassify clusters as a "nuero-vascular" headache put forth by Dr. Goadsby on the OUCH site if that kind of medical semantics interests you. i think it is important for you to share what meds you have already tried if peeps are going to make suggestions.
