Cheers, I do feel a lot better in myself since being on the verapamil - though I am yet to be fully sure.
I know what u mean about the peas thawing out!
My favourite plan is partially wetting a flannel and leaving it in the freezer for as long as poss. Works better than the peas!
I dont mind wasting peas though cos they are slightly 'orrible!
