14 hrs is an awful long time for a cluster headache. 'Normal' is 15 minutes to 2 hours. 4 or 5 hours is out of the ordinary. 14 hours is almost unheard of. Are you sure of the cluster headache diagnosis? I'd wonder. Not to mention that after 14 hours of a true cluster, I wouldn't be standing much less posting on a web message board.
