I have been dealing with headache pain for over 7 years and as a result of seeing this site tonight I have finally made the connection! I have thought (as well as my doctor) that my pain was a result of sinus problems relating to a deviated septum. My headaches are always on the left side and usually occur in the evening. The first one I remember was when I was traveling from Flagstaff, Az to Sedona, Az. It’s only about thirty miles between the two but there is an elevation drop of several thousand feet. Half way down the canyon it hit (pain level 9). Several of the stories I have read are mirror tales of my experiences and I am now convinced that CHs are what plague my life. Now I can finally explain to my quack of a doctor what it is that he has been missing for so long. Thank you!
