I am chronic! I get between 3 and 5 H.A,'s per day for the last 9 yrs. Before that I was Pain free for 6 out of 12 months. Now! Does this apply to you? You need to be able to chart them over a period of time in order to say you are chronic or not. If after a whole year has gone by and you are stil getting them each and every day....well I'd say you are chronic. Linda
