at 10 LPM helps cut the duration and severity for me quite well. Don't know how I ever managed without it now. If I get one during the day and just happen to be at home, is when I get the best relief from the O2 because I catch it right away. I think the key is the flow rate though. I had a bad regulator that didn't produce the right flow and could really tell the difference. Good luck to you, my friend.
