I'm also new to this site, but I'm 40 something and have had clusters since I was 16. I now get them multiple times during the day instead of the one I used to get when I was younger. I don't know if that is a result of the Imitrex or not. I just started Varapamil and am hoping it will bring relief. This cycle has lasted 7 weeks so far with no end in sight...sleep would be nice.
