I figured out why this last few days was so damn torturous on my head. I have TMJ in both sides of my jaws, and with the weather changing, it has made my head sore as hell, and aggravated the Cluster attacks. I have also been having fun with some bad teeth as of late, and trying to get these suckers out of my skull. Nothing quite like taking a drink of something nice and cold, and feeling as though someone has just drove a nail through your mouth with a sledgehammer. Wooo Hooooo.
My new doc is now referring me to yet another specialist, as he is unsure of what to do after I had an allergic reaction to one of the meds he tried with me. So now, I am basically just waiting it out until I get an appointment with Wash. U., and doing the best I can with dealing with each attack (rocking back and forth, biting my tongue, punching my leg, wrapping a sheet around my neck and cutting off all pressure momentarily with the hopes of passing out for a blissful 40 seconds, screaming, throwing and punching things, oh, and dismembering small animals and leaving the remains at the Emperors Wok for their next days festivities…..okay, okay – so I don’t do the last thing I mentioned there).
But hey, at least I have Excederin Migraine, so I shouldn’t complain, ya know?
