Go to the buttons on the left and find a long article to print out and give your doc.
Go to archives; under messages for 8/4/01, find, "cluster resources--#13". There are several medical journal articles which you should obtain and give to your doc.
Scan down in that message for section on managed care problems.
Bottom line: you must give your doc material which he will respect, i.e., from mainline medical sources, to convince him of your Dx and which shows him standards of care, that is, what treatments are generally accepted.
