You seem to know about Topamax, I'm really desperate and I can't wait for the Verapamil to start working (started it yesterday and have 4 very painful CH since). I want to go to a walk-in clinic today and get Topamax. My question is: should it work within days or is it like Verapamil (takes 2 weeks).The doctors here don't know anything about it. Thanks Alan
