It probably is just an "ordinary" tension headache - which can be nasty enough but nothing to do with clusters.
This messageboard for cluster headaches can give you no further information on tension (or other)headaches.
But to make sure what it is that ails you, you had better go to your doctor!
If you are shy of telling him about the masturbation, start wih the excercising. After all, lots of young people excercize at home too!
