cluster headaches are not in the back of your head...but after you exercise(and endorphins are released ) or masturbation, you should not be experiencing tension headaches as this is a release of tension. This concerns me that you are having this type of severe pain after exercise or masturbate and I would highly recommend that you see your physician immediately. Have you taken your blood pressure after either of these activities? Alot of people who have high blood pressure have severe headaches in this area so please don't postpone going to the Doctor... You may think at your age that you can not have blood pressure problems but let me tell you that I have seen young kids who were on dialysis because their kidneys shut down because they were walking around with high blood pressure and did not even know it...Not trying to scare you but it is nothing to play with..so get yourself checked out...Good luck and God bless..also, keep in touch with us and let us know what your Doc says....smiles,nancyc
