How are my torture buddies?

I have been staying at a friends house this weekend, and some things have been brought to light while I have been here. First off, I slept one hour this morning, and that is it. I have been up since (? don't know, losing track of time). So, the Trazadone is no longer helping in the sleep department. When I do sleep, it has been brought to my attention that I occasionally quit breathing for about a minute every so often. Hmmm, as far as I knew, this has only happened to me 3 times, and when it did, I was awake enough that I shot up in bed gasping for air when I realized I had stopped breathing. To my knowledge though, I did not know this is a regular occurance with me.
One part of my restlessness I believe can be attributed to what is known as 'jimmy legs', or 'Restless Leg Syndrome'. Funny thing is, I have had this since I was little, but it only bothers me every now and then. It is not painful, but merely an uncomfortable feeling. This has been acting up alot lately. Another thing is, I have been complaining of being too warm, even though the air conditioner is on. However, I was told that I am "cold to the touch" on my back, legs and neck. Hmmm, possibly something screwed up with the circulatory system. That is probably a primary cause of RLS, I am guessing. Combined with my TMJ acting up again today, and 2 powerful CH attacks, I am worn out, but way too wired to sleep. You see, not only am I a very hyper person, but I also have ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) though I believe at a lesser extent than when I was young, but everyone who knows me notices this.

Now, here I go again thinking...just because my brain refuses to shut off, and I have to reason everything out. It has always been this way for me. Every effect has a cause, and every fire produces smoke. The only thing I lack is a medical degree and funding to research what I am rationalizing now more than ever...

THE EFFECTS OF CLUSTER HEADACHES ARE IN THE HEAD - BUT THE REAL PROBLEM IS ELSEWHERE IN THE BODY. The reason noone has found it is because - NOBODY IS LOOKING FOR IT ELSEWHERE!!!!

My reasoning for believing this?

Every time I am stuck with a needle, they have a hard time finding a vein they can poke. My left arm is out of the question, as they just can't get a vein in that arm. Thus, combined with my inability to keep cool, and always have my tempt in my apartment at 70 degrees, restless legs, and a heart murmur... there is a circulatory problem. Okay, with that said, please put yer thinking caps on and give this some humor: Could CH actually be the result of a circulatory problem, be it arterial blockage, narrow vessels, maybe a tiny flaw in the heart that is undetectable unless you are looking for it? Those of you who have kept up with me the last couple of years on the board know I have said before I believe the problem could lie within the heart. If not, then possibly somewhere in the circulatory system. Think about it, it makes sense. Why does oxygen help so many people to abort attacks? Because, with improper blood flow, there is not enough oxygen getting to the brain (consider DJ's noggin for a minute). Humor me further, and remember our Lady Elaine had a blockage in her neck awhile back that caused a stroke.

Does this make sense to anyone else?

Please, think about it and tell me if I should throw all of my crackpot theories out the window and begin smoking crack and pot.

Peace,
Carl Daniels
