I've had pretty good luck with Topamax the past few nights. After a week of 3 - 4 CH/day I took 75 mg Topamax Sat before bed and had only one that night (about kip 8) than none on Sunday, took 75 mg Sunday before bed, again had one CH (about kip 7) that night, none today. Only sideaffects: very tired, some tingling in extremities.
