Brian..I'm 36/male in pretty good condition (tennis 2-3x per week..and while on 240 mg of verapamil i literally couldn't stand up out of a chair without dizzyness. On two occasions my legs gave out and i kind of leaned my way down to the ground..kind of scary..Prednisone is such a nasty drug...first insomnia..then rage (which is hard to control despite knowing that its the drug..i am normally pretty passive) the the outbreak of what could best be described as acne all over my back - upper and lower which literally took 6 months to get rid of...sorry to be so graphic...but it is what it is....TRY SHROOMS..no side effects, and actually mellows you out a bit :)..and the results are excellent!..also regarding geography...i find my cycles much milder in southern states (fla/texas) vs. northern latitiudes(NY and San Fran)
