they use to make a product called caffergotpb and it was caffergot with Phenobarbitol and it relly helped abort the attacks, the sleepiness was a liitle price to pay but they discontinued making it for some reason and I've been trying to find a source for about 25 years now, I recently had a very lengthy discussion with the head of Neurology at the St. Pete V.A. hospital and he also recomended the use of this drug but had the same problem with unavalibity. recommended I go to texas to see Dr. Nennan Mathews but I found a local Nuero(With the help of a fellow CH board member) that listened and now has had me pain free for the first time in over 30 years.--Just my 2 cents worth!
