steve..while i am far from an expert it seems many many sufferers experience what is best described as a red hot ..poker in the eye..stuffed nose and tearing eye..it is ALWAYS unilateral (only one side of the head)and is cylical in nature...afterwards it feels like you got hit in the head with a brick for a day or so until another one comes...wish i could help more...you will just have to pay attention next time...and btw many of us are afraid to sleep when we are in a cycle
