Since the ins co said 22 days till refill on the Amerge, I called the neuro to have him get an authorization from the ins co to refill sooner. The office lady says she'll leave a note and my chart on the doc's desk. She calls back an hour later and says, "the doctor says 22 days is ok". WHAT THE FUCK!!!!!! OK with who? I'm the one who has to go 13 more days with no abortives. Guess I'm gonna have to pay a little walk-in visit to the neuro's office in the moring.
O2, a triptan, a preventative is all I need. This isn't brain surgery. I'm in utter disbelief at the incompetence I'm seeing.
I guess the bright side is that it will be a good guide for performing my OUCH duties next year.
I'm tempted to go back to the good old cafergot and squats days.
