I am freading out! I may have cured my cluster Headaches. Every year for the past 15 years or so I have had unbearable headaches behind my left eye, usually nightly for weeks at a time in the Fall months. My worst month has always been September. I am headache free as of 9-25!!!!!. I also have suffered from chronic severe sinus, sore throats and bronchitis for about 18 years every Fall and early Winter. I have always had a cough at Thanksgiving and at Christmas yearly for 16 years!
So far my allergies are just irritants. When I start to get a sore throat from allergy/sinus drainage, the infection never develops. Apparently I have stumbled on to something. I don't know if this will work for everyone, but I have found that multivitamin and mineral antioxident supplements, taken two to three times a day with meals in addition to a regular daily multivitamin mineral supplement has worked wonders. I didn't expect this. I started taking these in early summer, just for the heck of it.
According to my past history, like clockwork I should have been sick two to three times by now. I haven't been sick at all. I still sneeze, I still get yucky drainage, itchy nose. But what doesn't happen is I don't get the infections. I can feel my throat almost trying to get sore from drainage. I take an extra antioxidant with a snack, go to bed and boom, I'm fine in the morning. The funny thing is I'm not having those horrible sleep depriving, writhing in agony, beat my head against the floor headaches.
Everybody go to a common store where vitamins are sold. Try this stuff it HAS CHANGED MY LIFE!!!!!!
LET'S SEE IF IT HELPS OTHERS. MY TRIGGERS FOR CLUSTERS WERE OBVIOUSLY ALLERGY RELATED.
I've taken several brands, same results. This consists of 5000 IU of Vitamin A (beta caratene), 250 mg. of vitamin C, 200 IU of Vitamin E, 7.5 mg. of zinc, 15 mcg of selenium, 1 mg of copper and 1.5 mg of manganese. I take two to three a day, and am amazed at what it is doing.
Good luck to all of you, It's worth a try.
