on 200mg...and I stayed on this dose..I take the whole dose at nite...I was pf the first nite...I had a few breakthrus the first 3 weeks when I would cut back on my dose as the side effects were really bad at this high of a dose...but after 3 weeks the side effects got better...smiles,nancyc
