Although I know that MHNI has come up recently, I can't find those postings. The one I did find was from late 1999.
A person calling themself "Mike from Michigan" posted he had been to MHNI several times. Looking at the "Where we Live" section of this site, there was a Mike from Ann Arbor, whom I'd guess this post came. There were to other Mike's in the Michigan group too.
I'd suggest you try the "Where we live" link and maybe e-mail all 3 of them, one of them probably would have the inside information you seek.
