If you have CH you're incredibly tough! you handle incredible pain and you keep going. you may think you've tried everything but you haven't. There's something new coming out all the time. At the ouch UK site I saw comments that someone over there is implanting electrodes in the hypothalamus part of the brain-working with Dr. Goadsby, I think. They've done 4, and it has worked-no pain. The discovery that the portion of the hypothalamus that creates the circadian cycles is malfunctioning will soon bring lots of new therapies to try. Hang in there, okay?
