If it were me, I would keep the second half of that spiderman blotter handy. There have been a few cases where there has been a temporary remission of a few days or a few weeks, followed by a gradual return of The Beast. In those cases a second dose usually puts him down for the count.
In that case, you might want to do half as much as you did last time.
