This is a list of the things I have tried in regards to sleeplessness.
Benadryl & Dramamine (yes, tried them both a couple of times.)
Tylenol PM (what a joke)
Unisom (yet another joke)
Sominex
Nytol
Amiltryptyline
Nortriptilyne
Valium
Xanax
Flexeril
warm milk (laced with a barbie)
Ambien
Ganja ( 1/4 sack)
Trazadone (worked for a week)
Jagermeister (didn't work. I just blacked out and spent a couple of hours banging my head into a step rail - no lie. I just heard about it the next day)
extreme daily exercise
a hammer to the forehead...
Nothing works!!!
And so, here I sit, yet another restless night.

P.S. - Ted, actually my CHs are not under control right now, and no sleep apnea is not my biggest complaint. My BIGGEST complaint of all right now is the fact that micro miniature cuban-born chinese circus midgets have moved in below me, and my building doesn't have enough ventilation when they flatulate.
