Re your question concerning Zoloft. I was given Zoloft as a preventative last winter. It did not seem to cause or suppress my CH. In other words, the cycle proceeded as normal (every two years I have an 8 to 10 week episode of 1 to 2 daily CH that usually hit about a 7 or 8 on a 10 scale. I've found that using Imetrex nasal spray , 20mg knocks them out in about 15 to 20 minutes. Good luck.
