I know it feels as though you can't go on, but you know you can, and you will. You can't give up the fight and you can't give up your life. Think how good it's going to feel when the bout is over and you reclaim normality. There's nothing physical we can do to take the pain away (assuming you've tried all the hints and tips avaliable here) but we can all tell you that we know what you're going through and we can all help you gather the strength to fight back. It will pass, and you will feel great again - trust in that fact.
