Hi all - trying to concentrate at work on my 15th day of my latest cluster hell. I have lost 7 pounds in the last two weeks because I can't hold down my dinner (plus no appetite). Has anybody had any success in using Paxil as a preventative? I have an appointment with a recommended neurologist next Monday, and I want to bring a list of all possible preventatives.
