Mine aren't a pressure feeling. They are a sharp, burning, excruciating pain like no other you have ever felt in your life!
Mine go from 0 to 10 on the pain scale in 10 minutes flat. Hang around for an hour or two and then completely drain away in another 5 or 10 minutes.
