I gotta' second Jayne on the Oxygen & this site. I've been using oxygen for the last 6 years of cycles, and it's the FIRST thing I get when the beast comes back. I'm trying verapamil for the first time today, hope it works as well for me. This site is a godsend. Wish I been able to visit it when I got my first one 25 years ago. Hang in there. I'm thinking that you get to skip a year every so often as you approach age 50, I have had 3 skips in the last 7 years...so look forward to that!! Maybe they'll eventually quit all together????
