7 lpm is probably not enough. Many here say 8-12 works better. I didn't have a lot of success with aborting this time cause I usually woke up with the pain and it was too far gone to stop, but the O2 at 8 lpm with an ice pack on my head seemed to ease the pain some. I also went about 1/2 hour instead of 15 minutes. Good Luck.
