My episodes always go 4 to 6 months minimum. The first long bout was 20 months at one a day. Second long bout was 15 months at 4 to 6 hits a day. Longest remission (other than this time) was 2 1/2 years when I started using full spectrum lights. I have now been 17 months free after starting VerelanSR (verapamil). I had such great success with verapamil when I started I am hoping it is my answer forever. Deluded, huh? I have been on this voyage for 28 years.
