OK, I think I've got it.
You can access the OUCH 2002 ballot in the 'Members Corner' of the OUCH web site.
It will be there the entire month of October so take your time. You only get to vote once and you don't get to go back and change your ballot once you've submitted it.
Be sure to enter your name and e-mail address on the ballot so we can verify that it is a legitimate ballot.
