Ask her WHY the casino host sent the basket of fruit and cheese to our suite at the hotel???? She MET and got to know everyone in the casino. That woman will talk to anyone.... My dog (the one who HATES the human race) went immediately to "Aunt Nancy" and wouldn't leave her lap even for me. Now he's mad at me because she left! And the winos in Houston she asked for directions will NEVER be the same. I don't think they're used to being asked for directions! - Hey they gave better directions than the sober people we asked. But we declined going home with them. I think it was her accent.....
OUCH headquarters will never be the same again either. Nancy came in and things perked up. One of my accounting clients was here and before it was over I think they were cousins. At least they knew everyone in some town in GA (all the crooks anyhow). I've known this guy for 20 years and she got more out of him in an hour than I've found out in 20 years.
But then she wanted to get "sentimental" at the airport in Dallas. You guys know how I hate that mushy stuff. She started blubbering and all that and I just couldn't handle that so I left her on the curb to fend for herself and drove off. Can't stand to see a grown woman cry. Of course there were NO tears in my eyes saying goodbye.. nah not me - tuff old broad that I am. And if you believe that one....... well you just don't know me very well. I think I cried all the way home. And Rudy (the dog that's such an ass) is still having a trauma. We miss Nancy and want her to move to Texas. Ya'll can come too.
