where to get o2 tanks and high flow regulators!

Hi all. My husband's recently been properly dx with CH (instead on chronic sinus) and we're very interested in the o2 therapy. I read about the high flow regulators, but can't seem to find them on-line. HELP! We're new at this. I'd do anything to get rid of his pain for him.....
