Sorry to hear your husband is a cluster victim. But it's nice to know he has a supporter willing to search the net for this site to help him. There's probably more information on cluster headaches at this site than you'll find anywhere in the world.
The meds you list have been mentioned here many times. Hearing that your husband has had success with them is welcome news and can be encouraging to others.
