I'm still new at researching CH, but why is it so common to wake up with it after a few hours of sleep? I've been losing sleep like mad the last few days and even dread going to bed at all. Not to mention it ruins your entire day when you start out in agony for the first couple of hours. BTW, thanks for your replies to my first post the other day, I've been reading the message board here and realize so many people suffer even more than I do. I don't know how those of you who get these headaches all the time cope. I've been getting episodes of attacks about once a year that last for 2-4 weeks. Last year somehow I didn't get any, and was hoping I was out of the woods. Wrong. I've racked my brain (pun intended) to find some pattern, dietary or otherwise, in my life when they start but see none. Also, can anyone recommend a doctor in the Atlanta area or nearby who is sympathetic to this kind of diagnosis? I'm sick of throwing money at doctors who tell me I have a sinus infection. Sorry to ramble and thanks for listening.
