The nose canules are great for astmatics etc, but not for clusterheads.
We need a regulator that can deliver at least 7 and preferably 10-15 liters a minute. The nose thingy can't handle that.
You need an oxygen mask and preferably a non-rebreather mask.
So try and get both the right valve/regulator and the right mask. Insist on getting the right stuff, otherwise I can tell you right now the oxygen won't work. Waste of a bottle.
