First thing to do is throw the canules (nose thingy) in the trash. Call your oxygen supply people and tell them to bring you the mask described in the link below. Tell them you need it NOW! At the first signs of an attack, crank your regulator up to about 10 lpm flow rate. Saturate your lungs as quickly as possible. The pain should subside within 5 - 10 minutes, but stay on the mask for an additional 5 min.
