Holy mackerel! I slept through the night for the first time in over a year! Unbelievable!
Wish it was all good news...
Woke up at 6am feeling like Mike Tyson had spent the entire night beating the living/dying daylights out of me. There's a mambo band playing inside the left front portion of my head, a heavy metal band apparently trying to play inside the right front, Tiger Woods in the back (does my brain really look like a bunch of golf balls?); and Barry Bonds having a "hit-out" with Mark McGuire on the outside...Damn, it's gonna be a long day.
Why does prednisone taste so horrid? The taste lasts for hours! Ick! Gag!
Had to work today - no getting out of it. Why was everyone driving like they had no licenses today? Just get the f*ck out of my way, you idiots!
5pm, home at last, if only for an hour or so. The last football game is tonight - I really don't want to go, I really really really want to stay home and go to bed. I'm so damn tired! Then again, the cats are not only walking too loudly today, they're also breathing far too loudly!
I'm really looking forward to the BENEFITS of this medication! I'll keep y'all posted.
As for my sense of humor - I'm seriously thinking of posting a pic of me with the ice/oxygen/sleep mask combo while doing the dance. That should get a laugh!
