michael...to the best of my knowledge caffine is a vaso constrictor..which would explain why it helps with ch..it also is found in many meds to help absorbtion..so coffee helps your body absorb the vicodin..when my cycle is mild (as it is now) i find stroing coffe ofter helps..iced tea also :)
